TRIANGLE OUTFITTERS HUNTING CONTRACT

This agreement is entered into Triangle Outfitters and _____________________________ (hunter) for the purpose of hunting whitetail deer or turkey.

Hunter must return deposit, signed contract, hunter's information sheet, and hold harmless agreement. A date will not be booked until all the above are received.

The $________________ fee entitles hunter to a _____ day unguided hunt. Fee does/does not (circle one) include lodging and meals.

A $_______________ deposit is required to book a hunt. Deposits will be applied to re-booking if 45 days advance notice of cancellation is given. NO REFUND or credit will be given if less than 45 days notice of cancellation is given. Balance is due upon arrival for your hunt.

You must sign and return the Hold Harmless Release, also.

This contract is not assignable to any other hunter without the approval of Triangle Outfitters at all times.
